Since 1904 — Mickey Truck Bodies has led the way. Mickey Truck Bodies has led the pace of change — designing and building the first all-aluminum trailer, which set a new industry standard for lightweight, maximum payload capacity, durability, and marked a major turning point in the history of the beverage distribution industry.
The vision of Mickey Truck Bodies is to strengthen our position as the recognized leader in the truck body and trailer manufacturing industry by continually improving our design and manufacturing capabilities; enhancing our customer support services; and empowering our employees to make sound decisions, based on their individual skills, that are always in the best interest of this Company and our customers.
The mission of Mickey Truck Bodies is to design, manufacture and market the highest quality truck bodies and trailers for all of our customer industries, and to provide our customers with superior service and support before, during and after every sale. We will listen carefully to our customers so that we can continue to build products they need, and not merely sell the products we build.
Everything we do-from design through after sales service- will meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. We are also dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and prosperous working environment for our employees and to fostering a corporate spirit that is conducive to teamwork, pride, and incomparable workmanship.

Dean Sink joined Mickey in 1976 as a Management Trainee, and during his 3-plus decades with the company has worked in every single department and business area — from manufacturing to operations to sales and marketing. In 1978 he was named Operations Manager, he advanced again in 1983 to VP/General Manager, and finally to his current role as Executive Chairman in 1987.
Under Dean’s leadership, Mickey has grown into the premier manufacturer of truck bodies and trailers by extending its product line from beverage bodies exclusively to include trailers, van & vending bodies, emergency and specially-engineered vehicles for a wide range of industries throughout the world.
Carl Mickey, Jr. has been involved in his family-owned business all of his life. As a young boy in the 1970s he would ride his bike to the plant every day after school to work with the clean-up crew. It was at that early age that Carl learned the importance of safety, quality and teamwork — the three tenets of The Mickey Way.
Today, Carl has worked in every aspect of manufacturing, at various times heading up safety, quality and engineering. He was named to his current position of Chairman in 1993 and oversees New Site & Facilities Development.
Matthew Sink joined his family’s business full time in 2007 following his college graduation but his Mickey career began long before. As a teenager, Matt, great grandson of company founder Will Franklin Mickey, worked in building maintenance after school and during summers, and his college breaks were spent working on the assembly line inside the plant.
In his current role as CEO & President he is responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Human Resources and IT.
Greg Fisher, CPA, spent 11 years in the public accounting field prior to moving to the private sector in 1993. He joined the company in 1995 as Controller and was promoted to VP Finance two years later. With the added responsibility for purchasing, he was named COO/CFO in 2010. Greg achieved his current position in February 2017.
Tom Arland joined Mickey Truck Bodies after a 25-year career with Ryder System, Inc. where he guided a multi-million dollar business unit to revenue growth and enhanced profitability, efficient cost reduction, a safe work environment, and increased customer and employee satisfaction.
He was most recently promoted to President & CRO responsible for 25 facilities with 237 employees in 3 states.
